Products & Specifications
What product categories do you manufacture?
Six: herbal extracts, nutraceutical actives, essential oils, oleoresins, natural colours, and herbs and spices powders. Together they cover around 78 catalogue items, and we develop products outside the catalogue under contract.
Can you supply a different assay level to the one listed?
Usually, yes. The grades shown on each product page are our standard offering, not our limit. Tell us the assay you need and the method you want it released against, and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.
Do you provide customised extraction and processing?
Yes. Fractional distillation, high-vacuum distillation and spray drying are all available as contract processing on customer material under long-term agreement, alongside custom solvent systems, carrier selection and particle-size targets.
What is the difference between your extract, oleoresin and powder of the same botanical?
They are three genuinely different materials. The powder is the milled botanical, with the natural assay of the plant. The oleoresin is a solvent-extracted concentrate carrying both volatile and non-volatile fractions, used for flavour and colour. The extract is standardised to a declared marker compound and dosed as an active. Turmeric is the clearest example: the powder is 3–5% curcumin, the oleoresin 25–50%, and the extract up to 95%.
Are organic-certified grades available?
Availability depends on the botanical and on current crop certification status. Tell us which products and which certification scheme your market requires, and we will confirm what we can supply against valid certification.
Quality & Documentation
How do you ensure product quality?
Control starts before the material ships. Incoming botanicals are sampled pre-shipment by organoleptic and laboratory methods, quarantined on arrival, and released only after QC clearance. In-process checks run through extraction, concentration and drying, and every finished lot is released against a written specification with the analytical method stated.
Do you supply a certificate of analysis?
Yes, with every lot. The COA reports the assay result together with the method used to obtain it — which matters, because the same material can read very differently by HPLC than by gravimetric or UV assay. Heavy metals, microbiological and residual solvent data are provided as applicable to the product.
Which certifications do you hold?
Please contact us for our current certification status and valid certificate copies. We will confirm exactly what is in force for the product and market you are supplying into rather than list claims that may not apply to your specific requirement.
Can we audit your facility?
Yes. Customer and third-party audits are welcomed at our Doddaballapura plant, and we would generally encourage one before a long-term supply agreement. Contact us to arrange a date.
How is identity confirmed for adulteration-prone botanicals?
By HPLC or GC-MS fingerprint against a reference profile, not by assay alone. This matters most for materials with a known substitution problem — bilberry, sandalwood and brahmi among them — where a correct total-marker number can still sit on the wrong plant.
Ordering & Logistics
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQ is listed on each product page and varies with the material — typically 25 kg for extracts and actives, 20 kg for oleoresins, 100 kg for milled powders, and as low as 1 kg for high-value oils such as sandalwood. Trial quantities can usually be arranged for qualification work.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. Add the products you are interested in to an enquiry and select sample request. We will confirm sample size, documentation and freight arrangements by return.
What are your lead times?
Lead time depends on whether the grade is in stock, on crop seasonality for the botanical, and on order volume. Some botanicals — guggul and davana among them — are genuinely seasonal and benefit from forecasting well ahead. We confirm a firm lead time with every quotation.
Do you export?
Yes. Tell us the destination market with your enquiry so we can confirm the applicable documentation, specification limits and regulatory requirements before you commit to an order.
How should I store material on receipt?
Storage conditions and shelf life are stated on every product page and on the COA. As a general rule: powders cool, dry and below 60% relative humidity; oils in full, sealed containers away from light; pigments and carotenoids in opaque packaging with the headspace kept to a minimum.

Do you focus on sustainability?
Yes. We work directly with growers and researchers on ethical sourcing and regenerative cultivation practice, and treat traceability back to the growing region as part of the specification rather than a marketing claim.
Do you offer private-label or contract manufacturing?
Yes. Contract processing, custom product development and customer-branded packing are all available under long-term agreement.
