Avivive

Clean-label shade, held to a colour value

Natural Colours

Plant-derived colourants across the full spectrum, supplied oil- and water-soluble, standardised on colour value and declared against their INS/E number.

What defines this range

  • Standardised colour value

Released on measured ASTA or colour units, not a nominal pigment percentage.

  • Oil- and water-soluble forms

The same pigment supplied for either phase, with declared carriers.

  • Stability data

pH range and light-stability behaviour documented per pigment.

  • INS / E number declared

Regulatory identity stated for every colourant to simplify your labelling.

About the category

Working with colours

Synthetic colour is being reformulated out of food and personal care worldwide, and the replacements have to work as pigments, not just as label copy. Our range covers the spectrum from curcumin yellow and annatto orange through paprika red, beetroot pink, black carrot purple and spirulina blue to chlorophyll green.

Natural colourants are harder to work with than synthetics — they shift with pH, fade under light, and behave differently in fat than in water. We therefore supply both oil- and water-soluble forms of the same pigment, standardise on measured colour value rather than nominal percentage, and document pH and light stability so you can predict shelf behaviour before you commit a production run.

Marigold-derived lutein deserves a specific mention: Karnataka is one of the largest marigold-growing regions in the world, and that proximity to the crop underpins both our supply security and our carotenoid pricing.
