Working with extracts

Our herbal extract programme covers the botanicals that formulators actually build around — Ashwagandha, Boswellia, Bacopa, Andrographis, Turmeric, Green Tea and the wider Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia. Each is offered as either a native ratio extract or standardised to a declared marker compound at multiple assay levels.

Extraction is matched to the molecule. Hydro-alcoholic, aqueous and selective solvent systems are chosen for the target compound class rather than run as a single house process, and every lot is concentrated on falling-film evaporators before spray drying so thermolabile actives are not cooked out in the pursuit of throughput.

Standardisation is meaningless without the method behind it. Every assay level we quote is tied to the analytical method used to release it, and the certificate of analysis reports the method alongside the result.
